Recent developments in Illuminated Shrine of Ali Ibn Musa al-Reza (A.S.) have added to the number of its pilgrims. The importance of the holy city of Mashhad is now clear not only in Iran but also in the Islamic world.

In a part of the statements of Supreme Leader in the Septet Charter of Astan Quds Razavi, it is cited “Astan Quds is a huge cultural potential that could influence the public atmosphere of the country and the Muslim world, it would be decent to use the best of this unique capacity to disseminate the Qur’anic educations and the school of the Infallible Imams (A.S.).”

Holding 24 specialized conferences for non-Iranian pilgrims of Razavi Complex in first three months of 1397/ March, April and May of 2018 was announced by the manager of Non-Iranian Pilgrims Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi.

The jury of the Karbala Competition for Hussayni Radood announced the winners of each of the two categories "emerging talents" and "youth" during the closing ceremony which was held on Wednesday evening July 18, 2018 at the hall of Imam al-Hassan (PBUH) in the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

As part of its continuous endeavor, the engineering maintenance department at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine continues to maintain and rehabilitate all its facilities, in order to contribute to providing the best services to visitors.

The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine organized a course on the "causal dynamics theory of the brain" in order to create a state of scientific communication between the holy shrine and the scientific and academic institutions, which contributes to the development of scientific mobility, and works to transfer the latest findings of the world in various sciences.

Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, emphasizing that women’s rights are the right to play a role in society and bring society to the development said, “Cultured women should be pioneers in cultural and social spheres and without women’s role, cultural and social changes would be fruitless.”

Closing ceremony of the third round of “Goharshad World Prize” was held.

The director of Non-Iranian Pilgrims Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi announced the holding of forty cultural programs especially for non-Iranian pilgrims of Razavi Shrine in the Karamat Celebrations.

Razavi Holy Shrine’s head of office of general services stressed, “450 thousand square meters of shrine’s pavements are washed every day”.
