Holding Forty Special Cultural Events for Non-Iranian Pilgrims in the Karamat Razavi Ten-Day Celebrations.

The director of Non-Iranian Pilgrims Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi announced the holding of forty cultural programs especially for non-Iranian pilgrims of Razavi Shrine in the Karamat Celebrations.


Seyyed Mohammad Javad Hasheminejad said, “Coincident with auspicious birthday anniversary of Imam Reza (A.S.) and his noble sister, Hazrat Masoumeh (S.A.), a variety of cultural programs for non-Iranian pilgrims in Arabic, Urdu and Azeri languages will be held in the Razavi Holy Shrine.”
Stating that these special programs will commence coincident with the birthday anniversary of the Hazrat Masoumeh (S.A.), he said, “Delivering a speech, Karamat Rezvan Celebration, talk table, poetry circles, specialized sessions, welcoming pilgrimage camps and groups, the workshops to explain and to recognize Imam Reza’s (A.S.) benevolence, the pilgrimage code classes, girls’ religious responsibility celebration, the circle of knowledge, reading eulogy, contests, sending books and cultural products, the production of books, awarding of prizes, etc., are among the programs specifically intended for this group of pilgrims.”
Rereading Imam Reza’s (A.S.) Thoughts
Hashemi Nejad counted the audience of these programs, pilgrims from India, Pakistan and Pakistanis residing in European and American countries, Arab countries such as Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Syria, Lebanon etc., and commented, “The theme of these programs incorporates the characterization of the Hazrat Masoumeh (S.A.) and Imam Reza (A.S.), the role of Razavi Holy Shrine in the unity of Muslims, the interaction of Imam Reza (A.S.) with the opposition, the attention to the political trends of Islam, and the interpretation of the special status of Islamic sovereignty in the system of Razavi teachings.”
Pointing out that special programs for children and adolescents are considered separately, he said, “More than 3,000 Arab-speaking girls will be the target audience of these programs, which include holding religious responsibility celebration, special program of celebration, playing movies, games, workshops and training classes centered on Imam Reza (A.S.), painting and calligraphy contest with theme of Imam Reza (A.S.).”
“This special program will be held at the room forty (Bab al-Kazim [A.S.]) in Qadir Portico for Arabic and Urdu-speaking children,” Hashemi Nejad stated.
Holding a Series of Specialized Meetings
“Special meetings titled ‘Rezvan Ambassadors’ on the role and place of the Razavi Holy Shrine on the unity of Muslims in the subcontinent of India, and the expounding of Mahdism’s doctrine based on developments of the contemporary society with the presence of prominent professors will be held” Seyyed Javad Hasheminejad said, highlighting the presence of non-Iranian seminarians in this year’s Karamat Ten-Day Celebrations.
“Regarding the environmental advertising in accordance with the requirements of each section, posters tailored to the birthdays, banners and stands of the heavenly messages, the provision of digital banners and music videos (about 15 clips) are available in different languages for the non-Iranian pilgrims of Razavi Holy Shrine” he expressed.
Communication through Cyberspace
Hasheminejad cited production of clips, videography, posters, photo scribe and motiongraphy of cyberspace programs and said, “Given the wide range of our audiences abroad, we strive to work through e-mail and communication in the cyberspace and social pages to maintain their relationship with the Razavi Holy Shrine.”
“We have communications with 1112 institutes and more than 4070 people around the world, with a significant proportion of them being Iranians residing in foreign countries who on the occasion of these days will receive blessed packages, books, monthly journals and magazines, blessed fragrance and flash cards containing sermons in English, Urdu, Arabic, French, Azeri and Persian” the director of Non-Iranian Pilgrims of Astan Quds Razavi added. 
In the end, referring to the written productions for non-Iranian pilgrims, he remarked, “During Karamat Ten-Day Celebrations, seventeen books and magazines with the theme of Razavi teachings, religious and Islamic Revolution have been published in 50,000 copies, which are going to be distributed in the Dar al-Rahma, Kowsar and Qadir Porticos.”
