Illuminated Dome’s Flag Replacement of Razavi Holy Shrine.

Razavi Holy Shrine’s drums were played on the birthday morning of the eight Imam (A.S.) and the spiritual ritual of flag and cover change of illuminated dome and holy chamber was held.   
This ceremony which was held since six in the morning on Wednesday, July 25th at Inqilab Courtyard was participated by Astan Quds Razavi’s custodian, a group of administrative managers, and pilgrims of Imam Reza’s (A.S.) Holy Shrine. This special spiritual ritual lasted for one hour and during this ceremony the flag of the golden dome and cover of the burial chamber were replaced on the morning of this great Imam’s birthday.
It is worth mentioning that the cover of the holy burial chamber and flag of the illuminated dome of the Razavi Holy Shrine are replaced concurrent with feasts and martyrdom occasions. The flag and cover are replaced with black ones on martyrdom and mourning occasions and they are replaced with green ones on feasts and birth anniversaries.
