The Production of Cultural Works, Tailored to the Intellectual Requirements of Foreign Pilgrims at the Islamic Research Foundation.

Managing Director of the Islamic Research Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi, cited the production of works tailored to the intellectual requirements of foreign pilgrims, included in the plans of the Islamic Research Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi.


Hujjat al-Islam Seyyed Mahmoud Marviyan Hosseini, at the news conference on the introduction of the programs of the Islamic Research Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi and pointing to the vast presence of foreign pilgrims during Karamat Ten-Day Celebrations especially Arab and Urdu language and speaking pilgrims, said, “According to the vast number of pilgrims in the Razavi Holy Shrine, it is necessary to present and study in the field of taste and their needs in order to provide pilgrims with intellectual and noetic products during the pilgrimage.”
Marvian Hosseini, also emphasizing on the translated works by the Islamic Research Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi in Arabic and other foreign languages, and added, “In these areas, two works ‘The Learned of the Prophet’s Household (S.A.W)’ and ‘Global Ethics in Imam Reza’s (A.S.) Language’ are translated into English, which will be unveiled during the Karamat Celebrations.”
“The World Museum of St. Petersburg of Russia has called for the establishment of a booth in the museum for Shiism, the study of which has been entrusted to the Islamic Research Foundation,” he stated, referring to the Foundation’s collaborations with other domestic and foreign cultural centers.
“Given the fact that the Razavi Holy sanctum is a place of devotion and affection for the Shi’ites and lovers of the Infallible Imams (A.S.), the Islamic Research Foundation is obligated to anticipate the pilgrims’ cultural and intellectual needs and come up with a plan,” Managing Director of the Islamic Research Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi expressed.
Marviyan Hosseini mentioned holding specialized scientific meetings and conferences, another part of the activities of the Foundation and commented, “The matters in the field of Islamic sciences are analyzed and examined in these meetings and some of the participants from other countries attend the meetings.”
“Among the major projects of the Foundation, which are being discussed at the research council with the presence of professors, thinkers and owners of works, is the need to measure and produce noetic works for foreign pilgrims, which we hope will be effective in the path to the development of Razavi culture in the international arena,” he further remarked.
