The Council included a valuable lecture of Sheikh Salah Al-Karbalai, head of the Religious Affairs Department, who reviewed many aspects and stations of the life of Imam as-Sadeq (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), in addition to other matters including the knowledge and science of Imam Al-Sadeq (peace be upon him) and the era in which he lived which helped him somehow to convey the principles of the Islam and the teachings of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and how he managed to continue the path of his father (peace be upon him) during his thirty-four-year imamate period in the education of many generations of good scholars and scientists who follow the approach of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
The Council concluded by reading the eulogy that express the sadness of this tragedy, which is one of the serious events that the Islamic world suffered in that era.
