The director of Non-Iranian Pilgrims Affairs Office of Astan Quds Razavi at the conversion ceremony, referring to the propaganda of enemies against Islam in the world said, “Islam is the religion of enlightenment and guidance of nations and despite all the efforts of the enemies in the path to Islamophobia, we see that the legitimacy of this religion has always been triumphant and deceptive popular propaganda has always failed.”
“Although the hegemony attempts to negatively impact the minds of the people about Islam, the willingness of nations to raise awareness over the truths of the Islamic religion has led to an increase in research into this religion and a tendency toward Muslims in Europe,” Seyyed Mohammad Jawad Hasheminihad emphasized.
“Most of those who convert in the Razavi Holy Shrine have maintained their relationship with the Non-Iranian Pilgrims Office of Astan Quds Razavi and ask the Center for cultural products related to Islam; and we hope that you, like others by further study evolve into an ambassador of the Islamic religion in your community”, he continued.
Patricia Jenson, the Christian lady who after converting to Islam named herself Fatima Zahra, mentioned the cause of her conversion as an acquaintance with an Iranian family and stated, “The comprehensiveness of Islam in comparison with other religions was the only main reason for my becoming Muslim.”
She also said, “After studying the Qur’an and Islamic books, I found the religion of Islam and the religion of Shi’ism as the most thoroughgoing religion.”
At the end of the ceremony, this newly Muslim lady received a copy of Qur’an, a number of cultural gifts and conversion certificate to Islam by Astan Quds Razavi’s Non-Iranian Pilgrims Affairs Management.
