The Iraq's national project of the prince of readers begins its Quranic sessions and workshops.

After the official launch of the fourth edition of the national project of prince of Readers to prepare young readers, which is one of the largest Quranic projects in Iraq, supervised and sponsored by the Center for Quranic projects at the Institute of the Holy Quran in the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.


Its curriculum, sessions and Quranic workshops started under the supervision of a group of readers who have a long history in this area and the staff of the Institute, with the participation of 150 gifted young readers under 17 years old from 12 Iraqi provinces.

The project is one of the leading Quranic projects sponsored by the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and is supervised by qualified professors from inside and outside Iraq. It aims to create a distinctive Quranic generation that undertakes to complete the Qur'anic process with steady steps and prepare young talents to the recitation of the Holy Quran according to a modern system within the summer vacation, which a short and perfect period.

It is to note that the 150 young readers are distributed over many schools: Sheikh Abdul Basit Mohammed Abdul Samad School, Sheikh Mohammed Siddiq Al Manshawi School, Sheikh Shehhat Mohammed Anwar School, Hafiz Khalil Ismail School, and the school of the second phase including Sheikh Al-Shaasha'i School, Mustapha Ismail School, Sheikh Mahmoud Ali Al-Banna School and other schools that teach the recitation according to the Iraqi and Egyptian style.
