Announcement of the winning research in the second media research competition of Riyad Al-Zahraa magazine.

The Scientific Committee of the Second Media Research Competition announced the names of the winners of the competition held by Riyad Al-Zahraa magazine for the second year in a row within the Third Media Forum, with a wide academic participation of many researchers from different parts of the country.

The research assessments came according to the scientific conditions and criteria, and the results were announced as follows:

1) Digital Media (New Media) by researcher Dr. Ghosoun Hussein.

2) Methods of disinformation and its role in shaping public opinion, by the researcher Dr. Taghreed Haider.

3) Media misinformation and its role in counterfeiting the facts (the media of ISIL as a model) by the researcher Dr. Khadija Hasan al-Qusair.

The research will be discussed in a research session to be held under the activities of the Third Media Forum under the chairmanship of Dr. Mariam Tamimi.

It is worth mentioning that the establishment of research competitions aims to strengthen the academic approach and support the experimental approach to the development of media work in accordance with the correct approach that is based on international scientific standards.
