Thought Meetings of “In the Shade of the Sun” Caravans Is Held.

The first coordination meeting among preachers, panegyrists, servants and heads of the in the Shade of Sun caravans is held Tuesday 5th of Tir/ 26th of June since 15:30 to 20 at Astan Quds Razavi’s youths institute. 
Various general programs will be held in this program and Mojtaba Mokhtari, chief of headquarter of in the Shade of the Sun celebrations and CEO of Astan Quds Razavi’s youths institute, Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Msulimin Farazi Niya, manager of seminary communications and cultural affairs of Astan Quds Razavi, Muhammad Tavakoli, manager of staff affairs of Astan Quds Razavi will be present in this gathering. 
Also, specialized meetings of each group will be held after the general meeting. Some specialized information and also experiences will be exchanged in this meeting. 
The aim behind holding such meetings is to announce and examine conditions, rules, and generalities of in the Shade of the Sun popular celebrations. Also, in addition to these issues, the necessary executive rules of the caravans and also the duties of each caravan member is fully elaborated. 
Certain duties have been defined, by the specialized commissions, for each member in these caravans and a booklet has been compiled for each part which will be discussed in this meeting. 
Exchanging experiences and examining duties of caravans’ heads are other goals of this meeting. 
Participating in this meeting, members of the caravans can identify ethnic groups, climate, and necessary propagation and cultural needs of each province. They can also discuss such matters among themselves.
In the Shade of the Sun celebrations start from 24th of Tir/ 15th of July concurrent with birth anniversary of Hazrat Masumah (S.A.) and they will take about ten days in all over Iran and also in some other countries.
