This project is one the vital projects Imam Hussain Shrine is striving to achieve in the holy city of Kerbela.
Ali Jasim El-Aridhey – Project supervising engineer – said that 90% of the project was achieved, adding that the next stage is going to start after the Eid.
He said further: “The area of the project is 1150 square meters, and the building will be 6 floors high, which will include emergency services, diagnosing devices, wards, laboratory, 8 operation rooms, an intensive care ward, general services, in addition to a floor for ears; nose; and throat surgery, and a floor for orthopedics and traumatology.”
He concluded his speech, saying, “This edifice will also include a section for medical teaching, in addition to a water treatment station and technical and electrical services.”
