Seyed Muhammad Javad Hasheminejad said: "On the 21st and 23rd nights of Ramadan, special ceremonies have been planned for non-Iranian pilgrims in four languages of Azeri, Urdu, Arabic, and Persian language for non-Iranians."
"In each ceremony, lecturers and religious experts, along with panegyrists of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS), will attend the Qadr nights ritual with the language of the audience of the groups", he added.
He said that the lecturers will focus on the virtues of the Qadr nights and its associated rituals as well as the character of Imam Ali (AS) and his position.
"For Arab and Urdu pilgrims, except for the Qadr nights, on the 20th and 22nd nights of Ramadan, also cultural programs will be held specifically centered on the martyrdom of Imam Ali (AS)", he said.
He added that religious ceremonies of the Qadr nights for Arabic speakers will be held at the Dar al-Marhamah portico, for Urdu speakers in the Kowthar portico and for non-Iranian Persian speakers will be held in Dar al-Rahmah portico.
"There will be over 3,000 Arabic speakers, 100 Azeri speakers, 500 Urdu speakers and 250 non-Iranian Persian speakers at the religious ceremony", Director of Non-Iranian Pilgrims Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi predicted.
The recitation of the Qur'an, the recitation of the pilgrimage prayer of Imam Hussein (AS), the recitation of the Joushan Kabir, the vigilance ceremony, lecturing program, holding of competitions, and panegyrizing and mourning ceremony are parts of the ceremony of the Qadr nights for non-Iranian pilgrims in the Razavi Holy Shrine.
