The Behavior of the Servants of Imam Reza (A.S.) Should Be the Resplendence of Razavi Ethics.

“The behavior of Imam Reza’s (A.S.) servants should be the resplendence of Razavi ethics,” Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi said.

Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi said, “All people work to gain a righteous earning, one at a workshop and another in a shop; however, work at the Razavi Holy Shrine is different from all activities. Working in the Shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) and being the servant of pilgrims and neighbors of Imam is a great grace for which we should be grateful.”
“Although we may have different clothing, the common name of all of us is the servant of Imam Reza (A.S.) and we should be grateful that we succeeded in serving the pilgrims and neighbors of the Imam,” Member of the Expediency Council said.
Pointing out that the type of behavior of the servants of Imam Reza’s (A.S.) Heavenly Court should be a manifestation of Razavi ethics he said, “The most important characteristic of a servant is that, in performing his duties has a sense of moral and religious responsibility. Shortcomings in all activities are bad; however, it is worse in serving the pilgrims of Imam Reza (A.S.).”
“Thirty million pilgrims per year, with different tastes, attend the Razavi Holy Shrine who expect the sacred places of the Razavi Shrine to be clean and well-kept. We must suppose that this is our own property and work hard to keep it clean,” he asserted.
“One who is the servant of pilgrims and neighbors at the Razavi Holy Shrine should be a model of Razavi ethics. Razavi ethics requires that servants be patient while meeting the guests of Imam Reza (A.S.) and even if they faced temper, adhere to the code of conduct and good language,” Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi said.
“Your income may not be comparable to other activities and jobs, but the efforts of Astan Quds Razavi administrators is to provide the welfare of the pilgrims, workers and personnel of this sacred establishment as much as possible,” Board Member of the Assembly of Experts said.
“Your efforts and endeavors at the sacred places of the Holy Shrine will not be compensated by salaries. Certainly, every step you take to serve the pilgrims will have a hereafter reward,” he expressed.
Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, emphasizing that the relationship of pilgrims with the personnel and servants of the Razavi Illuminated Court should be a relaxing connection, stated, “The tiredness of work and daily efforts must not be transferred to the family when returning home. One who works at the Illuminated Court of Imam Reza (A.S.) ought to showcase at home that they are a model of Razavi ethics.”
“Some people think that a rich person has calmness, but no, many wealthy people are much more worried than the poor; many of those who have the largest powers in the world are the unhappiest people either. What calm a person are good and decent morals,” he said.
"It is necessary to provide training classes in order to familiarize all servants with different parts of the Holy Shrine and activities of Astan Quds Razavi,” Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi remarked.
