Electricity Division of the Department of Bain Al Haramain exerts extraordinary efforts to rehabilitate the streets leading to Bain Al Haramain .

The Electricity Division of the Department of the Two Holy Shrines has completed its activities related to the rehabilitation and lighting of the streets leading to the area between the Two Holy Shrines in order to improve its civilization form by establishing new electricity systems with modern lighting technology, as well as removing the interconnected random wires of alternative electricity (generators) that distort the landscape of these streets.


Director of the Electricity Division in the Department of between the Two Holy Shrines, Engineer Tha'er Al-Shammari, said: "Recently, several works have been completed, including the re-establishment of the main external electrical outlets belonging to the Department of between the Two Holy Shrines in the street of Qiblat Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), the street of Qiblat Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and the street of al-Hawra (peace be upon her). And as you know, these are the main entrance to the center of the holy city of Karbala and thus the facade of the city. We made sure to get it out better than it used to be. Through the rehabilitation of all the main pillars leading to the two holy shrines, we did the work of lighting, decoration and re-wiring in addition to eliminating the phenomenon of random wires that distort the landscape of the streets."

He added: "After the completion of the external pillars, we started working on the streets leading to the two holy shrines, such as Imam Ali Street (peace be upon him) and the street of Imam Master of the Time (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance), where the electric system was rehabilitated and wires were arranged in the street Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in terms of lighting And decoration, and All praise to God, this project was completed while the work is still underway in the street Imam Master of the Time (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance).

He concluded: "The way that lighting and decorating was done in the streets with the latest methods, using led lighting which does not affect to the eye."
