80 Azerbaijani Pilgrims from Martyrs’ Families Visit Razavi Shrine.

A group of Azeri pilgrims including 220 people paid a visit to the Razavi Illuminated Shrine. 80 of these people were families of martyrs and they were doing this pilgrimage on the birth anniversary of Imam Sajjad (A.S.).


Having their pilgrimage in illuminated shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.), this group of Shia Muslims of Azerbaijan attended Dar al-Rahmah Portico and enjoyed programs provisioned by Astan Quds Razavi of Non-Iranian Pilgrims Office. 
Wife of one of the Azeri martyrs who was visiting Imam Reza’s (A.S.) shrine for the first time said that people of Azerbaijan all have dream of visiting Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.). She also stated, “We want God and this gracious Imam (A.S.) to help us to be able to follow lifestyle and conduct of infallible Imams (A.S.) as our life model and also to help us to have good fate”. 
This Azeri speaking lady added, “In addition to improving the sense of acceptance of willayat, this pilgrimage leads the pilgrim into a situation in which he can have a valuable take from this sacred place”.
She introduced good end and forgiving sins as her two main desires and said, “Our long standing pray is peace for the world and also a friendly life among Muslims in the shade of infallible Imams (A.S.)”. 
     This caravan’s head said, “These pilgrims are in fact ambassadors and cultural missionaries and it is hoped that when come back to their country, these pilgrims can be effective in propagating and wide spreading Islam and Razavi culture”. 
Appreciating Astan Quds Razavi for its programs for these pilgrims, Ibrahimoff added, “The main aim of this visit was to have a pilgrimage in Imam Reza’s (A.S.) Holy Shrine and also to get spiritual blessings from Imam Ali Ibn Mousa al-Reza (A.S.) himself”.
It is worth mentioning that offering cultural propagation programs including lectures, collective prayers, offering blessed and cultural gifts, and visiting museum of Astan Quds Razavi were some arranged programs for this group of pilgrims.
