Hujjat al - Islam Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi in a speech former to the Supreme Leader's Nowruz lecture noted that this year we have four springs each deserving a great deal of thanks to God and said, "The first spring is the month of Rajab, the month of worship and servitude; the second is pilgrimage in the month of Rajab; the third spring is that of the nature and the fourth is the Wilayat spring."
"Today, not only Mashhad and Khorasan people, but the whole Islamic nation want to hear the road map of one year from the tongue of the Supreme Leader", Member of the Expediency Council added.
"The issue of paying attention to the pilgrims and facilitating the pilgrimage was one of the first points that the Supreme Leader emphasized in the septet Charter for Astan Quds Razavi; accordingly, it was tried to provide the conditions for easy pilgrimage", he said.
* Attendance of more than 600 thousand first pilgrims
"Astan Quds Razavi, with the help of other institutions of the Islamic Revolution, over the past two years, provided the conditions for over 600 thousand pilgrims on their first pilgrimage which never had succeeded to visit the Razavi Holy Shrine or a long time had passed after their last pilgrimage ", he added.
Member of the Expediency Council stated, "Providing suitable accommodation for low-income pilgrims of Imam Reza (AS) has been taken into consideration. The Razavi pilgrim city and pilgrim residential projects began in this domain, and today their both first phases have been ompleted and used by pilgrims."
Noting that the second phase of the Razavi pilgrim city and pilgrim house has been executed by more than 50 percent progress, he said, "Astan Quds Razavi will do everything possible in order to facilitate the pilgrimage of the lovers of Imam Ali ibn Musa al-Reza (AS) with the help of other institutions of the Islamic Revolution."
* Development of more than 30 thousand square meters of Razavi Shrine
He introduced the physical development of more than 30,000 square meters of the holy shrine from other measures aimed at facilitating the pilgrimage, and stated: "The main mission of Astan Quds Razavi is the cultural field, and in this regard, there has been carried out lot of activities inside and outside the holy shrine."
He said that the question and answer Unit has been active in various religious, social and political areas, with more than 40 percent audience growth and the center has been equipped with the latest technologies and electronic systems to meet the needs of both audiences inside and outside the country. Also the religious circles of the holy shrine has grown by more than 45 percent."
Stating that various cultural and literary sections from poetry and literature to architectural art has been also attempted, he said, "Thanks to the divine favor and the guidance of Hazrat Reza (AS), the propaganda and cultural affairs have grown considerably in Astan Quds Razavi, but we will not be convinced in any way because this holy place is a refuge place of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) across the universe."
* The formation of a union of activists in the field of Islamic art
"A union for Islamic art and art activists is set up on Astan Quds Razavi to provide an inclusive platform for the development of Islamic art", he said.
Member of the Expediency Council continued, "A portico called "Du'bal"has been dedicated to the poets and more than 150 values-centered and revolutionary poets have been gathering for the purpose of developing and fine art."
He argurd that in the area of the family some steps have been also taken, as well as in the youth section including the connection of the Razavi Youth Organizations with the intellectuals organizations across the country for the youth's further development.
* Establishment of Astan Quds Razavi research Office in Qom Seminary
Member of the Assembly of the Experts of the Leadership said, "A research office is active by Astan Quds Razavi in Qom Seminary and many researchers and research institutes are linked to this office. The purpose of this office is to create convergence and integrity in cultural, scientific and scientific works by creating the link between the seminary of Qom and Khorasan Seminary."
"Mashhad, embracing the holy shrine of the savant of the household of the Prophet (SAW), Imam Reza ( AS ), an ancient Seminary, and the active and highly educated universities, professors and valuable forces, can have a clear vision in the field of science and knowledge and become the scientific authority of the Islamic world", he reiterated.
Member of the Expediency Council said, "The difference between Astan Quds Razavi relief services and other relief agencies lies in presenting services and in this regard, the plan for development of the servant, the service and the served has been implemented on this holy shrine."
* Registration of more than 70 thousand people in the servant, the service and the served plan
"Thanks to the name of Hazrat Reza (AS), thousands of services in various sectors can be provided to the needy throughout the country; today, more than 70,000 people have applied for services in the servant, the service and the served plans", he stated.
He went on to say that last year more than 9,000 religious preachers were sent to different regions of the country, especially the provinces and cities having endowment promises.
"Astan Quds Razavi's approach to the needy and the poor is to provide employment, entrepreneurship and empowerment, in terms of capabilities, in accordance with the insights and guidelines of the Supreme Leader", he added.
He stated that Astan Quds Razavi has created more than 1,000 sustainable employment this year besides more than 1500 direct and indirect employment through activating construction sectors on Astan Quds Razavi.
* Dispatch of more than 2300 Razavi jihadi people to deprived areas
Member of the Expediency Council stated, "We believe that without looking into the hands of aliens and by trusting the ability of the youth of the country, many problems can be solved."
"The experience and history of the Islamic Revolution shows that wherever work was left to people, the conditions of innovation, prosperity and progress of the country were provided", Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi said.
He noted that more than 2,300 Razavi jihadi people were sent to deprived areas all over the country in 1396 in various sectors, such as development, medicine, culture, which served as a source of blessings for the poor and the needy.
