Hossein Ranjbaran in a conversation said, “There are currently nine companies in the Razavi Civil Holding, whose goal in the first place is to improve the productivity of companies for maximum use of resources and development of activities in the future.”
“Regarding the development, in the past, the subsidiary companies of this Holding carried out most of the activities limited to the Shrine and Khorasan province, however now, due to taking advantage of experienced forces and existing potentialities, policies are increasingly moving toward national and transnational projects.
Referring to the contract and the memorandum between the Razavi Economic Organization and the Holy Shrines’ Headquarter, Ranjbaran stated:, “Our goal was primarily to enter the Holy Shrines’ projects, for which, in the negotiations with the Headquarters, the first contract for production and installation of the tile of a part of Hazrat Zahra’s (S.A.) courtyard in Najaf with the participation of Razavi Traditional Title Company was signed.”
“This is the first time that a tile manufacturer from Khorasan Razavi has been present at the Holy Shrines’ projects” he said, pointing to the six-month term of the contract.
“At a meeting that we had with the Headquarters officials about three months ago, they got acquainted with all the capacities of Quds Razavi Civil Holding and subsidiaries in different sectors” Ranjbaran reiterated.
He announced signing a memorandum on the development of Imam Hussein’s (A.S.) Shrine in Karbala between Astan Quds Razavi and the Holy Shrines’ Headquarters and added, “According to this memorandum, all the operations of the building of Hazrat Aqileh’s (S.A.) courtyard after digging, including the completion of the design, the construction and supply of wood, tile, Helbex etc., is the responsibility of Astan Quds Razavi civil Holding.”
“In this project Razavi wood industry, traditional tile, concrete and Quds Razavi machinery and Quds Razavi mines etc., will be present” Ranjbaran expressed.
“During the talks of the Headquarter with Astan Quds Razavi Civil Holding and on the other hand, with the excavation carried out in this place, the coordination was done to build a traditional tile factory by Astan Quds Razavi” he added, pointing to the construction of a traditional tile production plant in Karbala, one of the plans for the Holding next year.
“The soil of this region, because of its blessing is a special place for Muslim countries and especially the Shi’ites, so with the construction of this factory it is possible to collect a large volume of the blessed soil of Karbala, and while producing traditional tiles and performing cultural work, set up a good economic market” Ranjbaran remarked.
