The head of the Study and Planning Office of Astan Quds Razavi Center for International Affairs said, “By the efforts of the Center and the Islamic Approximation Assembly, nine Muftis of the states of the Russia attended the Imam Reza’s (A.S.) Holy Court”
“This group of pilgrims of the Eighth Imam (A.S.) were of Kazakh, Kurdish, Tatar, Azeri and Russian ethnics, speaking Arabic, English, French, Tatar, Persian and Kazakh languages, and included Muftis and congregational prayer leaders of the country” he added.
Gholamreza Kalhaki spoke about the plans of this group of pilgrims of Imam Reza (A.S.) and stated, “Russian pilgrims attending the Holy Shrine had a visit with Seyyed Mohammad Jawad Hasheminejad director of the Non-Iranian Pilgrims’ Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi and got familiar with cultural and religious activities of Astan Quds Razavi.”
The head of the Study and Planning Office of Astan Quds Razavi Center for International Affairs expressed, “The pilgrims also had a meeting with Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Mohammad Ali Movahedi, the director of Center for International Affairs.”
“Cooperation in scientific, cultural, educational and research fields was among other talks in the meeting” he asserted.
At the end Kalhaki reminded, “Russian pilgrims were invited to a lunch meal at the Hazrat’s Guesthouse and a tableau decorated with one of the titles of Imam Reza (A.S.) was conferred to them.”
