The committee indicated that 71 research papers were received from inside and outside Iraq, which were presented to a specialized scientific committee which resulted the acceptance of sixty-four research papers according to the conditions and research axes of the festival. Ten (10) researches were selected from the latter to win the competition of the festival and which will be presented by two research sessions. The remaining 54 research papers will be collected and printed in a special collection.
The committee stressed that the second edition of this festival will be distinguished and different from the previous edition, because of the diversity of the presentation and content, in addition to the diversity of participants and attendees coming from both inside and outside Iraq, which will be a significant turning point in the subsequent sessions of this festival, and which will contribute to the advancement of the field of research work, and contributes to the support of the library of women in books of valuable research about Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her).
The conference will be attended by researchers from Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Oman, Iran, Britain, Algeria, Bahrain, Syria and Tunisia, as well as the participation of prominent Iraqi women's academic figures from different Iraqi universities, in addition to specialists and interested in the research issue of Lady. Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her). "
It is worth mentioning that the purpose of the festival is to show the status of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her) in all dimensions and to reveal her intellectual manifestations through research that presents and highlights her scientific status and provides libraries with information about this great personality and her intellectual impact in society.
