Who traveled to Iran for participation in the Cryobiology Scientific Congress in Tehran, came to Mashhad, along with several Royan Institute professors, and visited the Razavi Holy Shrine.
Professor Aker attended in the Dar al-Rahmah portico of the Razavi Holy Shrine and benefited various programs prepared by the Office of Non-Iranian pilgrims Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi.
Pointing to his first traveling to Iran, he said "Mashhad is a beautiful city and, of course, a crowded one, I am glad to be present in one of the holy and pilgrimage sites of Muslims."
Noting that a clip was broadcasted on the activities and services performed at this spiritual site, Professor Aker said, "Seeing this clip, I realized that there are many people in this place who do not expect any money for serving and working, which was very interesting for me."
"I will travel to Iran once again especially to Mashhad and the holy shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) in the near future with my family." Head of Cryobiology Worl Association remarked.
He went on to visit the courtyards and the central museum of Astan Quds Razavi. The group also attended the banquet house of Hazrat Reza (A.S.).
It is notable that a cultural package including the Qur'an in English, a booklet containing exquisite pictures of the Razavi Holy Shrine and a booklet on biography of Hazrat Reza (A.S.) as well as a mosaic tile and a picture of the dome and minarets of the Razavi Holy Shrine was donated by the Office of Non-Iranian pilgrims Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi to Professor Aker and the delegation.
