Mohammad Reza Attarzadeh, at the third gathering of deputies and middle managers of companies and institutions of the Razavi Economic Organization congratulated the occasion of the ten days of Fajr, and stated, “During ten days of Fajr every year, we should evaluate our position in the increasing realization of the Revolution. Because people are present in the scene, and through divine favor are spreading the Revolution day by day and head it forward and that it is very important to improve our position in this field.”
“In order to move along the path of Revolution, we need to manage the society in all respects, and in this regard, Razavi Economic Organization intends to develop the organization with the help of all the directors, deputies and officials of the enterprises and subsidiaries” he added.
“We must be able to act in our system so well that we issue regulations and procedures from the country to the world. Because managerial motivation in Iran is not materialistic and it is very high and spiritual, and therefore has broad progressions ahead” Attarzadeh acknowledged.
“There are three missions for Razavi Economic Organization, one of which is to promote the productivity of the endowments. Because we are trusted to keep properties of the people and we must try to improve their productivity” he reiterated.
Attarzadeh mentioned the achievement of resistive economy, the most important mission of the organization and stated, “All companies and institutions affiliated to Razavi Economic Organization should set the resistive economy their main priority and work to achieve it.”
“Creating facilities for pilgrims, neighbors and the deprived is the third main mission of the establishment, that in order to achieve it, we should consider all our specializations for pilgrims, and realize them, so that any expert pilgrim benefits from our information and moves toward the realization of resistive economy” he expressed.
Attarzadeh highlighted the human capital of Razavi Economic Organization as the most important element for achieving the goals of the organization and added, “This is a huge capital, which can build on reform, creativity and order and enhance the abilities by relying on the grace of Imam Reza (A.S.).”
Generating motivation among the staff is the most important pillar for the flourishing of management activities” he added “and the winning factor in the Razavi Economic Organization is the connection to the blessing of the presence of Imam Reza (A.S.) and the revolutionary forces, and we have been able to develop Islamic governance following the guidance of the Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi.”
“The feeling of injustice will diminish the motivation among human forces and we should not allow such a gap between managers and employees to be created; also we should establish the sense of effectivity in the area of management and clarify their role in the affairs, so that they do not develop indifference” Attarzadeh said, emphasizing the creation of a sense of justice among the human forces of the Razavi Economic Organization.
He called for the provision of necessary information to the managers as well as the transfer of experiences from the pioneers to the current staff and said, “The benefits of pioneers, as well as specialists outside the Astan Quds Razavi establishment, mentally, psychologically as well as executively, will bring abundant blessings and influences in managerial initiatives.”
