Fly of Devotees’ Hearts from Abroad to the Razavi Sancturary.

Mourning ceremonies of Imam Reza’s (A.S.) martyrdom anniversary was held concurrent with the Razavi Shrine in thirteen parts of the world, thanks to the endeavors of Astan Quds Razavi’s center of international affairs.

During last ten days of Safar in which numerous on-foot pilgrims came to the pilgrimage of Imam Reza (A.S.), there are some devotees of Imam Reza (A.S.) who live abroad and are thirsty of making a connection with this Holy Shrine.
In line with this demand on the part of Muslims living abroad, international center of Astan Quds Razavi had a live coverage, called video conference program in grief of the 8th sun, of the Razavi Shrine’s ceremonies on the martyrdom day and night of Imam Reza (A.S.). The program had been provisioned for thirteen countries.
Conducting this unprecedented project in Melbourne in Australia, Bangkok in Thailand, Herat in Afghanistan, Dubai in Emirates, Latakia in Syria, Istanbul in Turkey, Athens in Greece, Homburg and Munich in Germany, Kano in Nigeria, and also Karakas in Venezuela enjoyed live images and programs from Razavi Holy Shrine’s archive. The project could bring hearts of pilgrims living abroad to the Razavi Complex on Imam Reza’s (A.S.) martyrdom anniversary”.
According to this report, live coverage of the Razavi Holy Shrine’s programs for Muslims living out of Iran was started in last four days of Safar and its peak was the martyrdom day and night of Imam Reza (A.S.).
Special Praise of Imam Reza (A.S.), live images from holy chamber, religious lectures, eulogies, Qur’an recitation, and a variety of lectures in Persian, Spanish, Azeri, and Arabic were some of the programs which were all warmly welcomed by both Muslims and non-Muslims in these countries.
It is worth mentioning that with respect to the order of Astan Quds Razavi’s grand custodian, center of international affairs of Astan Quds Razavi is ready to cooperate with active cultural centers in the world’s five continents.
