“The Learned of the Prophet’s (S.A.W.) Household, Imam (A.S.) of Wisdom and Affection”, Pivotal Message for Programs’ of Last Ten Days of Safar.

In a press conference held to announce special programs of last ten days of Safar, Seyyed Morteza Bakhteyari expressed his sincere sympathy with the survivors of recent earthquake in Kermanshah Province and stated, “This year, like last years, Arbaeen ceremony was perfectly and gloriously held with the presence of lovers and devotees of Imam Hossein (A.S.)”. The conference was attended by a group of media activists”.
He reiterated, “Main policy of Astan Quds Razavi is to focus on people in all affairs. In line with this purpose, Astan Quds Razavi will fill the gaps if there are any”.
He added, “Astan Quds Razavi had considered Mehran and Shalamcheh borders and Samera as the main centers of its services during Arbaeen ceremony. For this reason, a desert hospital was assembled in column No. 466 and more than seventy physicians and specialists from Razavi Hospital attended there”. 
Formation of Occasions Permanent Headquarter
Deputy custodian of Astan Quds Razavi announced on formation of a permanent headquarter for occasions in Astan Quds Razavi and said, “This headquarter has been founded thanks to the tact of organization’s custodian. Cultural organization will manage this newly founded headquarter”.
“Astan Quds Razavi holds different pivotal programs during the year. These programs include Nowrouz, Karamat ten days celebration, and last ten days of Safar”, he reminded.
Bakhteyari referred to the strategies of this year’s programs for the last ten days of Safar and asserted, “One of these strategies was Astan Quds Razavi’s role in respecting rituals and holding mourning ceremonies of Hazrat Reza (A.S.)”. He also said, “Many valuable efforts have been done in this area”.
He added, “Cultural encampment has been shaped by the presence of all cultural colleagues including those active in seminary schools, Islamic Propagations Organization, Office of Islamic Propagations, … and it has left a kind of convergence”.
Paying attention to the household of the apostle of God’s (S.A.W.) conduct in resistance against oppression and offering revolutionary model in religious thought were introduced by Bakhteyari as other strategies of Astan Quds Razavi. He also said, “A significant duty of ours as people attributed to Hazrat Reza (A.S.) is to wide spread thought and revolutionary spirit of this great Imam (A.S.)”.
He added, “Another strategy in this year’s programs is to create capability and to activate existing aptitudes in different cities and in all over the country to form intellectual and cultural moves. Also, content engineering is of high importance, taking two issues of Willayat and martyrdom into consideration”. 
Implementing these strategies with a popular experience was introduced by Bakhteyari as the main approach. He also reminded, “Having people in the center of attention has ever had lots of blessings and this approach is increasing with respect to the experience we have now. 60 thousand people hosted Imam Reza’s (A.S.) pilgrims last year these days. This year’s programs have got a popular approach, therefore.
 Respecting Pilgrims, Astan Quds Razavi’s Mission
He expressed, “Principal mission of Astan Quds Razavi is to venerate pilgrims. With regard to the geographical vastness of the programs, this great organization will render its services in different levels of Razavi Holy Shrine, holy city of Mashhad, various provinces, and international level”.
“Also, many various programs have been produced for different age levels including kids, teenagers, youths, students, and religious groups”, Bakhteyari went on.
Relying on convergence and using volunteer and popular capacities in different programs by servants and popular groups was raised as other approaches of Astan Quds Razavi. He added, “People and media’s point of views are very important in our programs”.
Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi referred to the on-foot pilgrims in last ten days of Safar as a very important issue and reminded, “Like previous year, this year on-foot pilgrims are going to come to Mashhad from 21 provinces. Thanks to the cooperation of benefactors and conducted programming, necessary measures for food, accommodation, and treatment of 100 thousand pilgrims of last ten days of Safar have been taken”
He said, “Presence of over one thousand religious procession in Mashhad has been prognosticated. All these processions will be invited to the Imam Reza’s (A.S.) banquet hall and each of which will receive one sack of rice and Astan Quds Razavi blessed salt”.
