Razavi Holy Shrine, on the Night of Arbaeen, Was the Resort of Imam Husain’s Lovers (A.S.).

From an hour before the evening and night prayers, the masses of mourners, pilgrims and neighbors of Imam Reza’s (A.S.) Holy Shrine, in the form of mourning gatherings, on the streets leading to the Razavi Shrine mentioning his name, beat their heads and chests to mourn the martyrdom of Imam Husain (A.S.).
The vast masses of mourners on the eve of Arbaeen while attending the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) started to mourn and again exhibited scenes of their fascination to the Infallible Imams (A.S.).
The special ceremony of Arbaeen, the 40th day anniversary of the martyrdom of the harbinger of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil, by presence of hundreds of thousands of pilgrims and neighbors after the evening and night prayers was held at the Imam Khomeini’s (R.A.) portico.
In this special program, Amir Aref read the Ashura Prayer, and Hujjat al-Islam Kazem Rashed Yazdi made a speech on the principles of training in Islam, and Javad Hossein Khani and Seyyed Reza Narimani read elegies.
The mourning ceremony of Arbaeen and the last ten days of Safar in the Razavi Shrine, with a magnificent and special spirituality began on Wednesday in the Razavi Holy Shrine and according to the ancient tradition reaches to its peak on the anniversary of Imam Reza’s (A.S.) martyrdom.
