Ghadir int’l media festival planned in Najaf.

The secretary of the festival said that the main objective of the cultural program is to boost relations and interactions among truthful media and information institutes.

A competition on audio visual productions of TV and radio channels as well as press and internet works will also be organized on the sidelines of the festival.

Scholarly seminars, photo exhibitions and sessions for honoring top media figures will be the other sideline programs of the festival.

Al-Ghadir Satellite channel organizes the festival every year on the occasion of Eid al-Ghadir with the participation of hundreds of information and technology institutes and mass media from Iraq and some other countries in the holy city of Najaf.
