Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi: “Shi’ite and Sunni Scholars Are the Insight Building Guardians of the Islamic Thought and Ethics.”

Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi, among the Shi’ite and Sunni scholars, seminarians and clergies of Sistan and Baluchestan province, stating that the Almighty God through His mercy and in order to achieve the acquired dignity for the mankind, sent the messenger and the scripture and said, “Creation of man had two parts: one related to the body and the other to the soul, and the verse ‘So blessed be Allah, the Best of creators’ refers to an creature that is composed of the body and the soul.”
“From the perspective of the Holy Quran, the human being is a living being and with the power of teaching and learning, he uses the opportunity of worldly life for a divine journey, and sees no other than God in this path and he does not move except on the path the God Almighty has set for him” Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi reiterated.
“Extremist and Takfiri ideologies, with the shell of religion, but inwardly evil nature lurk into Islam to satisfy the interests of hegemony. For over a thousand year, Sunni and Shi’a lived alongside each other in Sistan and Baluchestan peacefully; however, the hegemony is seeking to plot in the area” he said, stating that the enemies of Islam seek to divide the Muslims.
“Where the hand of the evil appears to cast schism between Muslims, then there is no longer Shi’ite or Sunni’s sake, but a matter of protecting Islam” Member of the Expediency Council added.
He considered the strategy of hegemony, division and strategy of the Islamic Revolution as unity and commented, “To promote the supreme objectives of Islam, we need unity and solidarity among Muslims.”
Member of the Expediency Council, pointing out that today the enemies of the government and Islam are seeking to divide the Shi’ite and Sunni brothers said, “Moving along the path of unity is the constant emphasis of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, and Imam Reza’s (A.S.) conduct is the brightest path to create cohesion, unity and guidance in society.”
“Poverty is by no means suits the Islamic government with all its capacities and ample forces. Sometimes there are no resources and facilities, and we can justify the shortcomings; however, the Islamic Iran is all about the blessings and potentials” he emphasized.
Board Member of the Assembly of Experts, stating that everyone should be concerned with serving the people said, “The country if contaminated with the political games, opens up a gap in between with public’s demand, which is expressed in 12-paragraph directive of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution to the government.”
“Governments and assemblies come and go; however, the discourse of revolution and leadership is steady and must be protected, and the basis is that in this province, the economic, cultural and social development to be taken into account which are the grounds for unity and solidarity” Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi uttered.
“Development of Sistan and Baluchestan province depends on the friendship and unity between the Shi’ites and Sunni, and this will not be possible unless the Shi’ite and Sunni scholars, who are guards of Islamic thought protect Islamic values and make people aware of the plots of hegemony” he expressed.
“Since the enemy knows the influence of the scholars, seeks the conspiracy and schism between them. Therefore, Shi'a and Sunni scholars must be vigilant of unity and insight building and strive harder. Sunni and Shi’a are devoted to the Infallible Imams (A.S.) and love Imam Reza (A.S.), and I will serve the Shi’ites and Sunnis, because there is no difference between them, and Imam Reza (A.S.) is the center of unity and solidarity” Member of the Assembly of Experts noted. 
“What is important as a cleric with attention to religion, and as guides and guards of insight building is to warn against the invasion of the enemy to divine beliefs, because the soft war cannot be seen; however, if we leave it alone, we will see the fallings subsequently” he added.
“The scholars of religion must explain the merits of the words of the Infallible Imams (A.S.) for the people in action, so that they can taste the sweet taste of justice in all domains, the problems of the people is the Supreme Leader’s concern, therefore, we should make efforts to solve people's problems and the government needs to expand its efforts to unravel the difficulties” Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi remarked.
Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi, stressing the necessity of cultural, social and economic development in Sistan and Baluchestan province, said, “This province has many grounds for growth, and there must be a double effort to utilize them. Astan Quds Razavi intends to perform an effective work in the light of Imam Reza (A.S.) in the province; first, in the cultural area, and then in the area of facilitating people's livelihoods, and although this is the duty of the government; we also should offer our share to ease the problems of the people, and Astan Quds Razavi welcomes any help in the direction of this purpose both for Shi’a and Sunni people.”
