Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi, at the mourning ceremony of martyrdom of Imam Muhammad Baqir (A.S.) which was held at the Holy Shrines of Imam Descendants Baqeriyeh (A.S.) in Birjand, while expressing condolences on the days of mourning for the fifth Imam of the Shi’ites, and stating that in Islam after monotheism nothing has been emphasized as much as knowledge to “Imamate”, pointed out “Knowledge to the Infallible Imams (A.S.) and guardianship are stressed to this extent in order not to lose the path, because in the path of righteousness, there are various demons in ambush and if one wants not to deviate, the only way is knowing the Infallible Imams (A.S.). In the course of the history of mankind, the false trends have always tried to hide the truth and mislead others for their material gain.”
Member of the Expediency Council, referring to the tradition from the Prophet (S.A.W.) that says, “Anybody dies not knowing his Imam of the time, is dead in ignorance”, asserted, “The knowledge and recognition is the introduction of affection, because affection that is achieved through recognition and knowledge does not disappear in the ups and downs of life.”
“One of the types of knowledge is birth knowledge, but the second type is related to the recognition of the position of the Imam, consequently in the traditions, it is emphasized on the value of pilgrimage which bears the knowledge to righteousness” he stated on the two types of knowledge.
He mentioned the religious and Shia culture, beholden to the teachings of Imam Baqir (A.S.) and his noble child, and stressing the importance of knowledge to the guardianship position of the Infallible Imams (A.S.), uttered, “The guardianship of the Infallibles (A.S.) is the God’s, the statements, orders and the words of the Infallibles are the words of God, they are the guidance for humans to lead the path of life in the light toward beatitude.”
He considered the intellectual and cultural nutrition, the need of every human being in the path of God, and said, “In this era, there is no excuse for not knowing the path and the leader.”
Member of the Assembly of Experts of Leadership, further emphasizing that oppression, oppressor, and indifferent are abolished from Islam's viewpoint commented, “Indifferent is the one who does not resist the oppression and endures humiliation, which is rejected by Islam, so in the prayer of Ashura the nation who was silent or contented with Yazidi's oppression, were also cursed.”
“The hegemony with all the media empire, satellites and the virtual world seeks to encourage the spirit of surrender, compliance, indifference and submission among the nations. They try to inspire the people that your sealed fate is accepting our ruling” he commented.
“Hegemony with Hollywood and mass communication devices try to manipulate the world to believe that you do not have the capability and you should accept our mastership and the key to its establishment is keeping the people of the world in ignorance” Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi reiterated.
Pointing to hegemony attempts to impose Western culture on Islamic societies, he expressed, “Today, ignorant and hegemonic trends in the world are trying to take the power of reasoning from societies, so that the righteous leader is not recognizable from the evil one, terror of personality causes the evil manifests as righteousness and vice versa.”
“The lack of analytical power resulted in Yazidis to recognize Yazid as the righteous, so in Islam, analyzing and wiping ignorance are stressed a lot. The holy blood of the martyrs wipes the ignorance of the Islamic Society and gives people analyzing power” Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi said.
“The Supreme Leader of the Revolution, as our insightful leader, said, ‘Martyr Hojaji is a proof from God for us’, and these martyrdoms are the extension of the course of the Husseini Revolution” highlighting the martyr Hojaji’s martyrdom, he remarked.”
Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi, in the end, pointed out the importance of the guardianship and emphasized, “The true Muslims are the guardianship oriented, not just takers; there is difference between the guardianship orientation and the guardianship talking. The reason that the enemy feels danger and does not dare to take military action against our country is that the people of our country are guardianship oriented, and they dedicate whatever they have to guardianship and revolution selflessly.”
