Islamic Research Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi Introduces New Books.

“Iranian Documents” including social history of Iran from the 10th to 14th century AH, “A Study on the Intentionalism Theory from the Hermeneutics and the Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence’s Point of View”, “Role of Endowment in Developing Pilgrimage Culture”, and “Piety”, the 37th book of the collection of lessons from Nahj al-Balagha, are some of these books.
“Iranian Documents” is a very useful book in the area of documents. This book was selected by University of Tokyo. Thanks to the efforts of Kendonoboaki and cooperation of some professors from Tokyo University and a group of contemporary Iranian and German scientists, this book was compiled to introduce practical aspects of document in Iran and central Asia. Translation of this book was done by, Ali Akhshini, researcher and translator of Islamic Research Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi.
“Role of Endowment in Developing Pilgrimage Culture” is another newly published book which deals with the issue of endowment and pilgrimage based on the existing documents and deeds in the management of document and press of the Organization of Libraries, Museums and Document Center of Astan Quds Razavi. This source is valuable since it provides a specialized investigation on endowment and pilgrimage documents for the first time. The book has been edited by Dr. Aba Alfazl Hasan Abadi.
Best lessons for life are found in the discourse of infallible Imams (A.S.). Among these precious words those of Imam Ali (A.S.) in Nahj al-Balagha have spectacular attraction. This book, Nahj al-Balagha, has always been used as an exquisite treasury and a complete source of pure sayings by lovers and devotees of Alavi teachings.
Topics of lessons from Nahj al-Balagha get us more familiar with this treasury and its pure teachings. “Piety” is a selection from Hazrat Ali’s (A.S.) words about piety and virtue. This book has been compiled by Javad Mohaddesi and it is now available for all the interested people.
“A Study on the Intentionalism Theory from the Hermeneutics and the Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence’s Point of View” is in fact a critical-descriptive research on semantic plenitude of the text and semantic inclusion. This research has been conducted by using library and document information collection and also by investigating influential bases on the issue.
Dr. Alireza Abedi Sarasia, member of the Ferdowsi University’s academic board, is the author and Seyyed Jalal Gheyami, researcher of Islamic Research Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi, is the editor of this book.
