The al-Abbas's(p) Holy Shrine mourns the martyrs of the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad during the liberation operations of Tal-A'far.

With great pride the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad mourns four of its heroes:

The martyr Hussein Dleymi Abd Ali

The martyr Sajjad Hussein Ali

The martyr Haidar Hashem Abd

The martyr Tahseen Abd al-Redha Abd al-Hussayn,

Who gained the honor of martyrdom in the operations' district of Tal-A'far while performing the sacred duty to liberate this district from the desecration of the ISIL gangs. The funeral prayer and Ziyarat rituals were performed for them starting from the holy shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), then their bodies were carried on the shoulders of the mourners to the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) where the Ziyarat of Aba al-Fadl (peace be upon him), the Ziyarat of Imam ar-Redha (peace be upon him) and the Ziyarat of the Owner of the Order and the Time (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance) was read on their behalf.

The General Secretariat of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy shrine has issued an obituary text as follows:

"In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. {Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.} {And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision,} (3:169). With great sadness and sorrow the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine mourns its righteous martyrs from the al-Abbas's (p) fighting squad, and congratulates the, for gaining the martyrdom blessing. Asking the Almighty to grant them the spaciousness of His Paradise and to bless them with His mercy. And Allah is Kind and Merciful. And He is the Most High, the Most Great."
