The House of the Holy Quran that belongs to the Religious Affairs Department in the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (PBUH) held a Qur'anic assembly hosting the delegation of the National Project of Ameer al-Qura’a (The Prince of Reciters). The project is set up by the Holy Quran institute in the Holy Shrine of al-Abbass (PBUH).
The assistant manager of the House of the Holy Quran stated “It is the third consecutive year in which we host this project. They are about 80 students and teachers collectively.”
This national project has over 60 students from 10 Iraqi provinces. They study in four major schools each of which has a different recitation method.
