The head of the Highest Committee for Supporting the Popular Mobilizations Forces, Sheikh Taher al-Khaqani and the authorized committee as well as the heads and some of the employees of the departments of the Holy Shrine attended the ceremony.
The Head of the Shia Endowment Sayyid Ala’ said “In the Name of Allah, the Especially Merciful the Entirely Merciful. Allah the Glorified helped us shoulder the responsibilities of administrating the holy shrines. Now I shoulder the responsibility of administrating the holy shrine of Imam to the authorized committee we appointed. We ask Allah to support us improve everything and solve any problem.”
