Conducted on the Night and Day of Imam Reza’s (A.S.) Birth Anniversary; Razavi Shrine’s Flower Decoration Apex

In an interview with our correspondent, chief of Razavi Shrine’s office of public services said, “In spite of the fact that we had anticipated to flower decorate Razavi Holy Shrine with 200 thousand flowers of donators  from all around the country, over 300 thousand flowers were offered to the complex during Karamat Ten Days Celebrations”.
Continuing his remarks, Muhammad Reza Sabzali reiterated, “Formation of flower carpet in Razavi Comprehensive Courtyard with 15 thousand bushes of flowers in a space of over 300 square meters was the first decoration of this type by servants and flower donators”.
Referring to the activities of flower decoration group of Holy Shrines and Razavi Shrine, he asserted, “Collecting donated flowers from all over the country, this group enters, for the third consecutive year, Razavi Shrine in Karamat Ten Days. This group decorates the whole Razavi Illuminated Shrine 24/7, until the birth day anniversary of Imam Reza (A.S.).
Hossein Faraji, responsible of flower decoration group of Holy Shrines and Razavi Shrine, reiterated, “Cultural assembly of lovers of Fatima al-Zahra (S.A.) and flower decoration servants of Holy Shrines and Razavi Shrine have been flower decorating Iraq’s Holy Shrines in various occasions for about twelve years. The group is doing the same job here in Razavi Shrine for about three years now, thanks to the support and cooperation of Astan Quds Razavi’s officials”.
It should be mentioned that on the day and night of birth anniversary of Hazrat Ali Ibn Musa al-Reza’s (A.S.), his burial chamber was flower decorated in a special form.
