Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi; Any action in Razavi Holy Shrine Should Raise pilgrims’ Satisfaction

Hujjat al-Islam Sayed Ebrahim Raeisi, among the servants of the Razavi Holy Shrine said, "The pilgrims should be welcomed in this Holy Shrine in such a way that is approved by the Thāmin al-Hujaj (A.S.).”
"The hospitality towards pilgrims of Imam Reza (A.S.) should be such that after the departure of the Shrine, the pilgrim feels cherished”, he added.
 Arguing that any action at Razavi's Holy Shrine should be in line with increasing the comfort and satisfaction of the pilgrims, member of the Assembly of the Experts of the Leadership emphasized, "If a construction project is to be launched, for example, whereby a portico or passage is blocked, it is necessary that the reason of the obstruction is explained to pilgrims.”
“This sacred premise belongs to all Muslims and should be kept clean. If a person comes to the Shrine with an unfitting appearance, he should be admonished with kindness and soft language, because these devotees of the eighth Imam (A.S.) show these behaviors out of ignorance and neglect”, he pointed out.
 "In the area of ​​security, while respecting the principles of security, security measures should be done in such a way that the pilgrimage is not interrupted”, the Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi said.
“Servants’ identity is the most important position for Razavi servants; this identity is not restricted to the Holy Shrine only, but it should flow in all aspects of the life of the servants without separation from their personal and social life”, he reiterated at the end.
