The Secretary of the International Cultural-Artistic Festival of Khorshide Velayat said, “After reviewing the works, 113 selected and final papers were chosen in various student disciplines of domestic and foreign schools.”
Mahdi Sabbagh Moghaddam, stating that the announced names are solely on the basis of the festival disciplines and that the ranks of the nominees will be announced at the closing ceremony of the festival said, “The nominees of the festival for more information could visit bonyadfarhangi.aqr.ir.”
“All nominees, whose names were announced, within a week from the date stated of June 25th, must submit a 3×4 photo piece with their full personal identification and an emergency telephone number to the e-mail address at khorshidevelayat@aqr.ir”, the Secretary of the International Cultural-Artistic Festival of Khorshid Velayat said.
“All nominees in the country must plan to enter the accommodation facility on Wednesday, July 26th, with a parent (father or mother) and leave on Friday afternoon, July 28th” he announced, explaining the nominees presence manner at the closing ceremony.
Sabbagh Moghadam expressing that the responsibility for providing the shuttle ticket and the attendance of students is parents’s said, “The cost of hosting, accommodation and a portion for guests transfer will be provided by the organizers of the festival.”
“Foreign guests, if are in Iran on the dates mentioned, in coordination with the secretariat of the festival, could attend the closing ceremony and receive their prizes; otherwise, they will be sent to them through International Relations of Ministry of Education” Sabbagh Moghaddam asserted.
Appreciating the wide welcoming by the domestic and foreign students and expressing gratitude to the teachers, managers and respected officials of the offices he added, “The selected provinces in quantitative and qualitative terms, will be subsequently announced and the relevant officials will be invited to attend the closing ceremony.”
