Director of Velayat TV: Media Productions of Islamic Channels Must Meet Today’s Needs

Director of Velayat TV said, “Reviewing difficulties of the Islamic world is one of the greatest goals of the general assembly of Islamic Radio and Television Union. Therefore, Islamic media has to produce programs based on these needs and difficulties”.

On the sideline of the 7th Islamic film market, Ayatollah Seyyed Muhammad Hosseini Qazvini stressed, “Holding such ceremonies are very valuable and we have to endeavor for its growth and prosperity”. The market was held at Astan Quds Razavi’s center of conferences and exhibitions.
He added, “Media owners attend the assembly with purpose and plan and offer their programs here. These activities will lead, in some cases, to understanding and based on common grounds Velayat TV has started joint works with several channels”.
Declaring that Velayat TV channel is ready to cooperate with Astan Quds Razavi in relevant work areas, channel director said, “Having interaction with active media groups like Astan Quds Razavi which have got the mission of propagating thoughts and teachings of household of the Apostle of God (S.A.W) can be positively effective”.
Ayatollah Qazvini also added, “Programs must be exchanged among channels and no going on extremes should be followed so that more viewers can use them”.
At the end of his talk, director of Velayat TV referred to the division-making policies of the arrogant countries in the region and reminded, “Islamic media, being adhere to family and with clear objectives, have a great mission and that is creation of more unity among Sunni and Shia Muslims”.
