Deputy of Islamic Radio and Televisions Union: Media, a Powerful Arm for Resistance Front and Transparency of Religion’s Truths

In an interview with our correspondent on the sideline of the 9th Islamic radio and televisions assembly, Naser Akhzar stated, “230 media members of this union in Islamic countries are fighting against threats of Takfiris and terrorism of ISIS in all around the Islamic world”.
He added, “These institutes have additional activities to confront threats of the Zionist regime and the US. There is a very wide field of activity for the media institutes of the Islamic world so that they can play their fighting role against these invasions”.
Sheikh Nasser Akhzar said, “The 9th Islamic radio and televisions assembly has this feature that it is held in Mashhad, capital of Islamic culture and civilization”.
Referring to the main topics of this round of assembly, he stated, “Creating convergence among Islamic media, discussing political, military, and social incidents of the region, introducing appropriate policy for media coverage of these incidents, and examining inner issues of the union and also reports given to the general assembly are some main topics of this assembly”.
Regarding activities of this union, deputy of Islamic radio and televisions union said, “Film market of the Islamic countries, commemorating media martyrs of the Islamic countries in the war against Takfiries, and also appreciating top activists of the media and festival are some activities of this round of assembly”.
