Head of Hamas Political Office: Practical Unity, Key to Attain Exalted Islamic Goals

Ismail Haniyeh, in a video contact with opening ceremony of the 9th summit of general assembly of Islamic Radio and Television Union held at Saba auditorium of Khorasan Razavi broadcasting, sent his greetings from Gaza to the audiences of the summit.
“We are in critical situation and all the enemies try to ruin the goals of Palestine. We prospect that the summit can act as a turning point for solving the oncoming problems”, he remarked.
Referring to the approvals ratified in summit of the Islamic Radio and Television Union, Head of Hamas Political Office said, “I stress on the concept of unity and its components in the Islamic world as in respect with different problems, the unity is currently a must for the Muslim community.”
He urged Muslims of the world to resistance against foreigners’ interference with Palestine and noted, “I want all Muslims of the world to emphasize on resistance-based media as the Islamic resistance is an important notion that can result in fulfillment of exalted Islamic objectives. The enemies try to avoid us from unification and we should stress on realization of the rights of Palestine people.”
“We are seeking for rehabilitation and this requires creating genuine words to help us take step toward realization of the rights of Palestine. I ask the participants of the summit to present a practical strategic plan for unification of Islamic community through profound considerations”, he said.
Referring to the chaotic situation in Gaza, Ismail Haniyeh added, “Despite many problems and chaos in Gaza, our representatives were able to attend in the summit as eyewitnesses.”
“The summit in this round also can take good steps for helping Palestinians. I appreciate Iran for permanent resistance beside the Islamic resistance of Palestine people and I hope we could meet someday in Quds”, he concluded.
