External Security of Imam Ali(AS) Holy Shrine launches daily services and follow-up to facilitate the task of entering the mechanisms.

Security Department is one of the essential department that maintains the security of the shrine of the Commander of the faithful (peace be upon him) and the noble visitors in addition to the participation in saving the security of the holy city of Najaf in cooperation and coordination with the official security services in the province.

The head of the department, Hakim Dosh said, "The aspect of maintaining the external security is one of the important security aspects in the work of the whole department for it is important in providing services and facilitating the task of the mechanisms coming to the Holy Shrine, in addition to providing daily services for 24 hours."

The official in the department, Amir Salman said, "Part of our work is facilitating the task of entering the mechanisms through points located in the main entrances leading to the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali."

He added, "The members Security Department participate in some common check points to facilitate the entry of cars in addition to the points of the entry of the staff members of the Holy Shrine during official working hours in addition to the official cars of the holy sites, shrines and official delegations in coordination with the Department of Public Relations."
