Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, Vigilance of the Supreme Leader and Sacrifice of Muslim Warriors Is the Key to Security of the Country

Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi, at a session to interpret the Sura “Al-Adiyat”, which was held this afternoon, in the Goharshad Mosque of Razavi Razavi Holy Shrine stating that the Sura was revealed after the war Dhat al-Salasil (Battle of Chains), reminded, “The first verse of this Sura is ‘By the snorting chargers’ (the horses)’. The Almighty God swears to runner horses that gallop in the fronts of jihad and battles.”
Board member of the Assembly of Experts stating that the oath represents a high position and holiness of Jihad asserted, “The sacrosanct is just the God Almighty and any holiness must be created in the shade of the sacrosanct. Our defense is sacred, because it is the defense of the law, religion and divine values. Our Islamic government is sacred because it is connected to the revelation and divine teachings, and Mashhad is sacred because it encompasses the holy being of Imam Reza (A.S.).”
“Jihad is holy when it is done for the sake of God, so holy that the God Almighty in the first verse of Sura ‘Al-Adiyat’ swears to it” he stated, calling the illumination of the universe belonging only to the holy spirit of the God.
“The oppressed is someone who does not resist against oppressors and accepts humiliation and disgrace, which is rejected by Islam. Thus, in Ashura Prayer, the nation who was silent in the face of Yazidi injustice is also cursed” he expressed, stressing that oppression, oppressor and the oppressed are futile in Islam’s viewpoint.
The Hegemony Seeks to Establish the Oppression over the Nations
“The hegemonic powers with all their media empire, satellites and virtual space are seeking to impose a spirit of submission, obedience and being oppressed among nations. They try to induce to the world that your sealed fate is accepting our rule and all the controversies and problems of the world today are rooted in this issue” Member of the Supreme Council of Khorasan Seminary uttered.
He mentioned following the infidels and oppressors to cause regression of the Muslim community and return to the days of ignorance and highlighting the verse, “O believers, if you obey the unbelievers they will turn you upon your heels, and you will turn about, losers.” asserted, “The Almighty God in this holy verse introduces the cause of Islamic community regression to follow and obey the infidels, the Muslim community if obeyed the infidels, hegemony and atheists, and rejected the love to God and obedience to the teachings of the Prophet and true guides, will return to the past.”
The Key to Hegemony’s Retreat Is Resistance
“The Saudis are the strategic tail of global hegemony in the Middle East region. Despite all the privileges and tributes this regime has handed the Americans and the West, they are increasingly dominated every day; the key to hegemony’s retreat is not submission but endurance” Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi remarked.
Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi, referring to the remarks of the Supreme Leader on the Great Jihad said, “Fighting against hegemony and resistance to oppression is a benefit to Islam, and Muslim nations should practice the Great Jihad, and this is of the principles of Islam, the conduct of the Infallible Imams (A.S.) and the ideals of the Revolution.”
Pointing to the sixth verse of the Sura, where God says, “Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord,” he said, “The fact that in this Sura after God swears to warriors, talks about the ingratitude of the humans perhaps means people who for the sake of warriors and defenders have found security, should not be ungrateful to them. Disrespect to the shrine defenders is a mere ingratitude.”
National Champion to Fight Against Terrorism Is Imam Khomeini (R.A.)
“If it was not for the warriors of eight years of the Holy Defense, and the shrine defenders and their noble families, would we have such security in the country today?” Board member of the Assembly of Experts reiterated.
“Yesterday, a few terrorists in Tehran, according to the Supreme Leader made a firecracker show, the Iranian Nation during the Holy Defense stood against the so-called major world powers, and destroyed terrorists much more powerful than these” he commented, pointing to the terroristic attacks yesterday in Tehran.
“Seventeen thousand innocent people, among which were the President and Prime Minister of this country were martyred by the ISIS of that time. Doubtlessly, the national champion in the fight against terrorism is Imam Khomeini (R.A.), who knew them well, and rightfully took a stance against the evil trend of  Mujahedin; anything less than that resistance and today the country would have suffered the lack of security” he enunciated, recalling the crimes and terroristic attacks of Mujahedin.
Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi, mentioned country’s security the result of vigilance and guidance of Imam Khomeini (R.A.) and the Supreme Leader, the blood of martyrs, veterans’ sacrifice and nameless warriors’ resistance, and the Islamic front and said, “Appreciating the brave youths, who sacrificed their lives for the country and Islam, the veterans with thirty years of spinal cord trouble on the bed, and families that cope with the losses and defects is necessary. The acknowledgment must be in action not only in words.”
