The director of the mentioned Center; Sheikh Dea' Uddin Aal Majeed al-Zubaidi has explained to Al-Kafeel Network the following: "The month of Ramadan is the Quran's spring as it was stated in the narrations of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), such as the word of Imam al-Baqer (peace be upon him): "Everything has a spring, and the spring of the Qur'an is the month of Ramadan." So, we have decided at the Institute of the Holy Quran and the Center for Quran's sciences, interpretation and printing to hold a series of the specialized lectures in relation to the Holy Quran in terms of its descent, its writing in Mus'haf, the Quranic readings, drawings and other points."
And he added: "When we read the Quran, we find it written with the use of a different form from normal writing, either using Ottoman line or according to the narration of Hafs Ibn 'Asem, so we can ask who did divide it to thirty Juz' and what does Makkiyah and Madamiyah mean? And many other details of the Holy Quran, such as how shall we read it? Normal reading or we should recite it? So many questions to which we try to give answers during these lectures."
It is to note that the Center of the Quran's sciences, interpretation and printing holds many special Quranic sessions as well as forums and various seminars.
