Visiting Astan Quds Razavi’s museums, the Indian Shia Muslims who had come from different cities expressed their surprise and found Razavi museums as unique in the world”.
Talking enthusiastically, Zolfaghar Ali, a member of the group, said that Razavi Shrine’s museums astonish everybody. He also stressed, “This is my 7th pilgrimage in Razavi Shrine. I visit these museums in all my visitations and it never makes me bored”. He introduced presentation, protection and arrangement styles of objects in Astan Quds Razavi’s museums as perfect and continued, “Everything is so great here and no negative point can be found. However, it’s better to provide foreign pilgrims with small tags in three languages of Persian, Arabic, and English so that some special objects of the museum can be introduced better”. Also, a middle aged woman of the same group referred to the beauty and uniqueness of the museums’ objects and gave a suggestion. She said, “I wish tags’ writings would have been larger because it’s difficult for elderlies to read very small ones. Also, if objects have electronic guide in a way when a visitor approaches it, the guide introduces the object automatically, people would be free from reading tags and it will add to the attraction of the museums”. Kolthum, a young girl of the group, introduced this visit as her first experience in Mashhad and also expressed her surprise over existence of lots of Islamic works in Razavi Shrine. She also stated, “All objects are amazing here. I had not visited here before but when I went to the pilgrimage, Razavi Shrine’s spiritual atmosphere and beautiful Islamic architecture astonished me. Existence of museums in such a place is very interesting and attractive for me”.
