Director of Non - Iranian Pilgrims Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi: Development of Cultural Relations, an Achievement of Sacred Premises Agreements

Director of Non - Iranian Pilgrims Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi said that making development of cultural relations is an achievement resulted by binding cooperation agreements between the sacred premises of Iran and Iraq.

In meeting with sayed Muhammad Majid Mousavi, custodian of Mosque of Kufa, Sayed Muhammad Javad Hasheminejad regarding signing cooperation agreements between Iran and Iraq sacred premises said, "With respect to the fact that this agreement is signed in the second trip to holy shrine of Imam Hussein (A.S.) in Karbala, it seems necessary that the two countries establish mutual traffic to each other."
Referring to the improvement of relations between the two countries, Hasheminejad asserted, "Based on this agreement, the relations, especially the cultural relations, are improved and the conditions for utilizing the capacities of Astan Quds Razavi will be prepared."
"The aim of holding meetings is recognizing the available capacities and potentials in the best way so the proper ground for promoting cooperation could be decided", he added.
Director of Non - Iranian Pilgrims Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi recounted boosting of cultural relations and interactions as one of strategies specified in the cooperation agreement and continued, "Transfer of a huge bulk of contents created in Astan Quds Razavi is also another objective of the agreement between Iran and Iraq sacred premises."
It is notable that custodian of Mosque of Kufa along with a delegation including deputies of different departments were invited to Qom city by the invitation of Custodian of Jamkaran Mosque on occasion of Sha'ban celebration and later they also attended in the Razavi Holy Shrine and met with authorities of Astan Quds Razavi.
