I would like to draw the attention of the celebrants on the occasion of the blessed birth anniversary of the Eve of mid Sha'ban to recall that the fateful battle being waged by our people and fighters of the armed forces and the volunteers supporting them, has caused many martyrs and wounded and has left a growing number of widows, orphans and bereaved mothers, and also caused the displacement of large numbers of the citizens outside their cities and villages. Hence, the joy and celebrations held for this occasion should be within the limits of these exceptional circumstances of our country. The celebrants should not forget their fellow fighters, without whose sacrifices, the joys would have been sorrowful. So, they have to dedicate part of their sermons and chants to glorify them, to pay tribute to their heroism and their continuous march of sacrifice and redemption until the final victory with the help of the Almighty God. Also, it is a duty on everyone to devote some of their attention and money to support the fighters on the fronts, and take care of the displaced, orphans and widows, and seeking to do more of the works that make them close to God.
