Muhammad Taqi Fakhrian, referring to participation of different countries in the tenth International Festival of " The 8th Khorshid-e velayat " said, " More than forty thousand works from across the country and 200 works of art from seventy foreign countries, such as Denmark, Kuwait, Russia, Algeria, Afghanistan, UAE and so on were presented in this artistic and cultural event that shows a significant increased participation compared to the last year."
"The arbitration phase is running by the Institution of Artistic Creations of Astan Quds Razavi and the closing ceremony will be held coincident with Karamat ten-day in the Razavi Holy Shrine with presence of the selected participants", he said.
"The festival will be held in the fields of literary writing, painting and calligraphy for primary school students and for the first and second secondary school in the fields of literary writing, painting, calligraphy, fiction, poetry, photography, short films and songs. Persian speakers abroad at all levels of education also have sent their works in the fields of poetry, literary writing, and story to the secretariat of the festival", Fakhrian said.
Directing Manager of Razavi Cultural Foundation about the goals of the festival said, " The aim of the festival is strengthening of children, teenagers, and young adults' relation with the spiritual virtues of Imam Reza (A.S.), strengthening of the religious beliefs of children, teenagers and the youths, and introduction and recognition of the character and attributes and virtues of Imam Reza (A.S.)."
"This festival with the subject of "Imam Reza (AS), knowledge, pilgrimage" is one of the biggest cultural - artistic events for students in relation to Razavi conduct that is held for the tenth consecutive year by the Razavi Cultural Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi in cooperation with the Office of Public Relations and Media Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi and the Union of students Islamic societies", he added.
