Concurrent with Persian New Year; Malek National Library and Museum Hosts Nowruz Guests

With a three thousand-year- old treasury of Iran's history, Malek National Library and Museum, a cultural endowment of Astan Quds Razavi in Tehran, hosts Iranian and non-Iranian visitors during Nowruz.


All devotees and lovers of Islamic Iranian art and culture can visit unique halls of Malek National Museum during Nowruz working days (since 5th to 10th of Farvardin/24th to 29th March). Malek museum is the first Iranian private center whose objects have all been endowed. Visitors can visit the center from 9 to 16:30. Also, they'll have the opportunity to enjoy services of its library.
Visiting permanent exhibition of late Mr. Malek who is the founder and benefactor of Malek National Library and Museum, visitors can get more familiar with the greatest benefactor in Iran's contemporary history, his activities and also his endowment.
Many different perfect collections, belonging to various centuries of Iranian and Islamic history, are kept in this museum's various halls of coin, calligraphy, Ghafari and Kamalolmolk family, colorful artistic paintings, and also permanent exhibition of Ezat al-Molk Malek's offered objects. Ezat al-Molk is Mr. Malek's oldest daughter.
One-object exhibition of handwritten poems of Sayyid al-Shoara (Seyyed Karim Amiri Firouzkouhi), Baysunghuri Qur'an exhibition, world biggest handwritten Qur'an and seven climate exhibition: geography  as narrated by Malek National Library and Museum's manuscripts are sections arranged in the section of periodical exhibitions.
Enjoying various print, manuscript, and digital sources such as books, journals and documents and as one of the six big libraries in the country, Malek National Library hosts lots of researchers and scientists.
