"Carla Chortti" while attending the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) and enjoying the illuminated atmosphere, visited the museum and central library of Astan Quds Razavi.
“I am happy in my time in this beautiful country, I succeeded for the second time to attend to Razavi Holy Shrine” he said, stating that he has been working as a cultural attaché for eight years in Iran.
On the sideline of visit to coins treasury of Astan Quds Razavi central museum, he stated, “Elegant collections of old and contemporary coins are preserved and protected in the museum.”
Advisor to the Italian ambassador in Iran, pointed to the Central Library of Astan Quds Razavi and said, “Qurans and manuscripts in the library is unique and you cannot find them in many places.”
“Through this valuable service, all researchers around the world can easily have access to the required manuscripts” he uttered, highlighting that the library provides digital images and microfilm from all the manuscripts.
“Many constructions have been done in the shrine, but I like the old texture dated back to the Timurid and Safavid eras more” he expressed, pointing to the architecture of Razavi Holy Shrine.
He, stating that this year, Mashhad has been recognized as capital of Islamic culture by ISESCO (Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) said, “The holy city of Mashhad, due to Razavi Holy Shrine possesses a high cultural and artistic capacity. I hope the city to take the best advantage from this valuable opportunity.”
