The conference was opened with recitation of Holy Quran by Mohammad Ali Habl al-Mateen. Then, the secretary general of Imam Ali Holy Shrine had delivered a speech. The secretary general talked about the obedience of man to the instructions of Allah and the relationship between man and Allah and the relationship should be based on correct bases.
Later, the head of Public Relations Department, Ali al-Amiri delivered his speech. Al-Amiri had stressed the role of public relations in our social life and the necessity of communication in all fields.
