The representative of the Shia Muslim Supreme Religious Authority, his eminence sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbala’e sent a delegation from the Religious Information Department of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine to award a group of 100 pilot-lieutenants at the El-Qayara Air base, located in Mosul
The award was in recognition of the lieutenants’ honorary vital role in confronting the terrorist groups (ISIS).
The award was letters of appreciation and moral gifts. Therefore, the lieutenants expressed their willingness to confront and counterattack ISIS and expel them out of the country.
