The organizer of the contest, works can be submitted to the secretariat of the event by February 18.
The decision to extend the deadline came following numerous requests by those who failed to send their works during the specified period (Until January 19).

Every year a large number of pilgrims converge on the holy city of Karbala to observe mourning rituals on Arbaeen.
In the past few years, the number was estimated to be more than 20 million.
On this day, Shia Muslims all over the world mourn the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS) and his companions.
