Hujjat al-Islam Reza Daneshwar Thani said, “Late Atiq Ali ibn Ahmad ibn Malek Esmaeil Tousi known as Atiqi endowed several villages around Radekan and Mashhad to Astan Quds Razavi in 931 A.H.”
“The endowment of late Atiqi includes 22 villages including several big villages of six shares and a farm known as Kene Bist in Mashhad and Chenaran that presently have turned into large production and animal husbandry units”, he remarked.
“It also includes the lower Kariz farm, principal plaque 18; a garden with an area of two acres in Denjan district in Noughan; Radekan farm; a garden known as Ala al-Dawla in nine acres; Aghche Bathroom; etc.”, he added.
“The revenues driven from the endowments has been designated to such usages as custodian fees, monitoring fees, meeting the costs of servants and keepers, meeting the costs of Dar al-Shafa and relative hospitals, feeding the poor, and illumination and fuel of the Razavi Holy Shrine”, he remarked.
“Management of Astan Quds Razavi Endowments tries to spend all the revenues of the endowments in Astan Quds Razavi based on the endowers’ intentions and endowment letters under strict surveillance on the endowments and their usages”, Assistant of Astan Quds Razavi Legal Affairs and Endowments reiterated.
