The Watering Division at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy shrine has provided more than 500000 litres of RO water daily during the Ziyarat Arba'een.

The Watering Division of the service affairs department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy shrine has put an action plan during and after the days of Ziyarat on several axes, as the total provided RO water to the processions was of 500000 litres, and 5 millions of single-use glasses of water.

Haj Ahmad Hannon; the head of the mentioned division has explained to Al-Kafeel Network the following: "The distribution of water to the visitors and processions is one of the important services during the Ziyarat of Arba'een , and the demand is increasing especially during the days of high temperature. The action plan of the watering division included the following axes:

First: Providing the service processions with the water using special vehicles during the duration of the Ziyarat, even in the peak days.

Second: The outer departments of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.

Third: Inside the holy sanctuary of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), by installing an integrated water network for the purpose of supplying the water savers scattered in the holy sanctuary or in the internal and outer basements.

Fourth: The area between the two holy shrines, the streets and the nearby roads, including all control points and the areas where the water suppliers are located, all of which were supplied with water using the special vehicles for this purpose.

Fifth: The closer houses to the holy sanctuary that are either provided with water directly from the division or by the citizens.

Sixth: The locations invested by the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to accommodate the visitors in schools and Hussayniyat.

Noting: "The division’s employees have worked continuously in spite the huge crowds that have filled the streets, but this service was not stopped around the clock, using two shifts daily, day and night shifts."
